Return Policy

Except in the case of STOCK "on-the-shelf" items such as our tarp accessories, No Returns Are Allowed. We must be notified of your desire to return a stock item within 1 week of your receipt AND a Return Authorization Number (RTA#) must be issued in advance; then you will be required to pay the return freight and 75% of the product's purchase price will be refunded when it is returned in un-used, new, and sellable condition. Our THOR brand Tarpaulins, Blankets, Curtains and Liners are Made-to-Order and are therefore "CUSTOM" by definition and may not be returned for any reason.
